چکیده
回転分子モーターである好熱菌V/A-ATPaseのATP加水分解反応中の複数の中間体構造をクライオ電顕で捉えた.得られた構造から,3つの触媒部位で起こる反応(ATP結合・ATP加水分解・反応産物の放出)と回転軸の120°回転が協奏するtri-site機構で機能することが明らかになった.
